Q: What do you repair?

Q: How much does a service call cost?

A: $198.00 plus any parts or freon will be extra.

Q: Do you repair Window units?

A: Yes, and it is cheaper if you bring them in to our shop to be repaired please call today for directions 453-5654

Q: Can you give me an estimate to install a new heat pump?

A: Yes, Our Heat & Air Technicians can give them over the phone, If we have no heat & air techs available they will be happy to return your call when available

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We can also take them over the phone

Q: How many times a year should I have preventive maintenance done on my unit?

A:Twice a year is good, usually it is best in the Spring & Fall, A preventive maintenance is $158.00

Q: What area do you service?

A:We service Sevier County this includes: Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Kodak, and Seymour

Q: Do I have to pay the day of the service?

A:No, We will send you a bill within a week of the service or sooner and you will have 30 days to pay it, although you can work out a payment plan if you discuss it with the Office Manager Lisa if needed. Please check with Lisa before the Service Call is made.

Q:Can you repair my rental cabin when I live out of town?

A: Yes, We do this quite a bit, All you need to give us is your mailing address and we can mail you the bill, Fax you the bill, or Email it. You are welcome to pay Over the phone with a Credit Card (Mastercard,Visa, or Discover).
